I've written new KB articles but they are not showing up in the Service portal search. I can manually browse to them through category views but search is not working. Things I've done:
- Verified article is published, has a category, has a future valid date, and is viewable by all users
- Manually pushed a text index under dictionary (Article)
- Manually pushed text index under text indexes (Article)
- Verified the indexing job is running (Article)
What am I missing here? I'm searching for text words that are within the KB article so I would expect it to show up. Is there some basic configuration to turn this on that I am missing?
Thanks!

I figured this out... apparently we are using AI search which uses Search Sources in another place. I was able to track down the search profile it is using and make sure the criteria was set up correctly. Here is a picture of the screen.

Hi Sandeep,
Where is that screen you are showing in your screenshot? I've clicked around but I'm not finding it.

That was exactly what I was looking for, thanks. That works for me.
