Is there any extensive documentation available for fallout management in the Order Management? We want to implement fallout for our flow. We have logics to be executed during fallout. 

One more question would be what all actions we can take when a fallout is created. Can we retry/rollback/continue the order based on the available resolution?

This I understood, but in my case, say the person who is looking into that particular ticket, he send such an identifier/event that based on his fallout action the flow should retry/rollback/continue. Is that possible?

 

It would be helpful if we may know how to get the support from Servicenow for discussing the complex scenarios in detail.

Yes it is possible. You will need to build the switch case for the different scenarios in the subflow.
