Order not getting decomposed

Hello All:

I am new to OMT but have completed the course and setup a complete telecom offering; Resource, Service, Product specs and the Offering. I set things up exactly the same in one of my company's instance as I did in my learning instance provided by ServiceNow. Everything seems to work fine on the learning instance when I place an order; the correct domain orders and order tasks are getting created; not so in my company's instance. Except for the order line nothing else got created. I checked that the flow "Process Telecom Order Line Item" got triggered and completed successfully.

 

What else should I be looking at?

The issue was that my instance is domain-separated and I had created the all the specs in a local domain instead of Global. Once I changed them everything worked. My apologies for the delay in updating this thread!

Hi @Mahesh_Krishnan , this may be stating the obvious, but was the order approved? Can you confirm the state of the Order Line Item? From your description it appears the decomposition never happened.

You mentioned the "Process Telecom Order Line Item' flow was executed. Can you confirm the 'Decompose Order Line Item' step was successfully executed?

Order and order line items are In- Progress state and yes the step that you mention completed successfully.

Some basic checks - Can you post the screenshot of the Order Tasks tab/related list for the Order Line Item?

If you are looking at this from the workspace, what loads on the Order Orchestration visualization page?
