Product Offering issue in Telecom Order Management

Hi ,

 

I have created product specifications and product offering, but when creating order I am getting 1 product name for all the products. Please advise what could be the issue.

Hi @Learner-in-Prog , Can you check the Display Name of all the Product Specifications you have created? Are they the same?

Ok, this is unusual. I am not sure if this is a Workspace issue (cache etc.)... If you opened the same Order and Order Line Items in the Classic UI instead of the Workspace what do you see?
