Unable to load Catalog Hierarchy diagram

Hello:

I get the following message when I try to view the Catalog Hierachy from any of the specification records or the Product Offering record.

I am a able to view the hierarchy of any of the OOB specs.

The workspace where you are encountering this issue, is it out-of-the-box or a custom one? If it is the former, then could you please provide more details such as the workspace's name and the particular page where you are facing this problem?

Hi @Mahesh_Krishnan ,

In your Catalog model, are you reusing any of the existing Specs in the parent child relationships?

As an example, 

ProductA has CFS B and CFS C -

CFS B has RFS D and

CFS C has RFS D

Here RFS D is used in more than one relationship under the same Catalog model. 

I ask this because, there was a known issue to load the hierarchy and would throw up the error you are seeing.

Can you confirm if your model has a similar reuse?

And what TSM/OMT version are you on?

Yes Sashi! There are 2 RFS using the same Resources. If this is a known issue what is the workaround?

This has been fixed in v5.2.0. You might want to consider upgrading to 5.2.0 or later.
Here's an example of how it looks for me in an example set up where both the Fiber Access and DSL Access have a Spec relationship with the same Resource->
