I'll be giving my CSA exam this week, I've prepared well enough, I've gone through so many CSA dumps as well and practice so many mcq's, I also have some hands on experience working with servicenow.
Any suggestion or any tips for my exam or any area where I should be focusing more?

Hi @izzaijaz

If you ask me, the CSA ebook is the best and the most reliable source of truth. While you mentioned reviewing some dumps, keep in mind that there's no guarantee all the answers are correct in them. So, my suggestion is to begin your revision with the following approach:

  • Cover one chapter per day.
  • Go over knowledge checks and labs again.
  • Read everything carefully, line by line.

Best of luck on your CSA exam!

It sounds like you’ve done an excellent job preparing with practice dumps, MCQs, and hands-on experience—great combination! Here are a few tips to help you ace it:

1️⃣ Focus on Fundamentals: Ensure you're solid on the core concepts, especially ServiceNow architecture, users/groups/roles, and table structures. These often form the backbone of the questions.

2️⃣ Pay Attention to UI Actions and Workflows: These areas frequently pop up, so be sure you understand how they function and their practical applications.

3️⃣ Practice Instance Navigation: Familiarity with the ServiceNow UI is key. Make sure you know where everything is, as some questions might test your ability to find specific features or settings.

4️⃣ Study Reports & Dashboards: This is a frequently overlooked topic but can be significant. Review how to create, modify, and share reports and dashboards.

5️⃣ Time Management: The CSA exam is time-bound, so if you get stuck on a question, flag it and move on. Return later if time permits.

Finally, go in with confidence—your prep sounds solid, and your hands-on experience will give you a great edge. You’ve got this!

Let us know how it goes!"
