Hi, everyone, I need help with my lab instance because I'm stuck on the last step: "Configure existing communication plan definitions". I added 'Communication contact definitions' for Service Desk to all Internal Stakeholder 'Communication plan definitions'. However, the prompt still tells me that I did not do it. Does anybody know what I am missing here?

Hello @jacekdal 

 

You need to first get filter Communication Plan Definition with Type = Stakeholder, then in all this record under "Communication Contact Definitions" related list you need to create a new entry with Type = User and User = Service Desk.

Once all these 3 records are created your validation will get pass. 

 

In case if you have already done the above step properly and still validation is not passed you can raise a case in now learning itself and from backend that validation if its stuck or not getting validated will be corrected and you will be good with the task.

I missed this too just because of how it appeared in the instructions... "Service Desk user" instead of "Service Desk User".
