Hi Deb,
To activate Scrum Process Pack Plugin.
Navigate to System Definition > Plugins.
Right-click the plugin name on the list and select Activate/Upgrade.
To assign the scrum_master role to an user, navigate to User Administration > Groups. Open the development team group's record. In the Roles related list, click Edit. Select the scrum_master roles in the Collection list, and then click Add then Save.
I hope this helps to get you started also you can consult your ServiceNow consultants for configuration and implementation. This is the Book:Scrm Process Pack - ServiceNow Wiki
Please mark answer as correct if this was helpful.
Regards
Jesus E.

Any admin can enable the plugin, but be aware that it may incur extra licensing costs. You should speak with your ServiceNow sales rep to see what your current license covers.

Good Day Jesus,
I know this is 5ys old but can you provide a bit more detail to you step x step in activating the Scrum Process Pack Plugin. Although I am on Madrid, I don't think it changed that much:
- To activate Scrum Process Pack Plugin.
- Navigate to System Definition > Plugins.
- Right-click the plugin name on the list and select Activate/Upgrade.
I followed your directions and found no way to do a right click as suggested. here are my screen steps
and then
Right click the PLUGIN Name? Which Plugin Name?
