How to add an alternate message on 'logout successful' page

Am not sure what I am asking is possible but hoping someone may have a good suggestion.
When we carry out an upgrade we purposefully turn off Adaptive Auth for the vast majority of users (to reduce traffic volumes).  This means that users are directed to https://lbg.service-now.com/external_logout_complete.do - with the message 'Logout successful - you have successfully logged out' being displayed.

Ideally we want to show a meaningful message on this page e.g. 'upgrade in progress, please try later'. 

Does anyone have any ideas how we could achieve this.  We ended up creating an image for the last upgrade, but ideally would like modifiable text.

NO, as per my knowledge it is NO a case in ServiceNow OOTB.
