As mentioned in the image 1, when I am trying to create a new article using the OOTB knowledge base, in workspace view, I can able to see all the ootb fields in the left panel of the article form.

Similarly,  when I am trying to create a new article using the newly created knowledge base, in workspace view,

I can't see any of the ootb fields of knowledge article form as shown in image 3

I am not sure which configuration I have missed here.

Hi @Akshay Kumar3 ,

  1. Navigate to Knowledge Center.

  2. From the list, select Administration > Article Templates.

  3. Copy the template table name. In my case, u_kb_template_reference_article.

  1. Open the list view of the table in the native view (for example, u_kb_template_reference_article.LIST).

  2. Click New, then select Additional Actions > Configure > Form Builder and add the required fields.

  3. After adding the fields, create a new article. The added fields should now appear on the form, but the Article Template fields will still be empty.
