My instance says - Service Interruption - This instance is unavailable

please help on this .

Hi,

There could be some maintenance going on and your instance is unavailable. You can wait for some time and try accessing it.

Note: There is no support provided for PDI and also you cannot get resolution on community. The only option we have is to wait or request new instance.

Hi @Snehal Madakatt ,

 

This is happen to several us at the moment including myself. The only thing we can do is wait as there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs  - it should come online again in some time, so be patient.
