Hi @Scott Nolan
If it take more time, better to release this PDI. There is no support available for PDI.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

As an AI, I don't have the ability to directly interact with ServiceNow instances. However, I can provide you with steps to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, browser cache and cookies can cause issues with loading ServiceNow instances.
2. Try a different browser: If clearing the cache and cookies doesn't work, try accessing your instance from a different browser.
3. Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
4. Report the issue: If none of the above steps work, you can report the issue to ServiceNow. To do this, go to the developer site and click on the "Manage > Instance" option. From there, you can report the issue.
5. Wait: Sometimes, instances can take a while to wake up. If you've reported the issue, wait for a response from ServiceNow.
Remember, PDIs are personal developer instances provided by ServiceNow for learning and testing purposes. They are not meant for production use and can sometimes be unreliable.

"As an AI ..." Please don't simply copy and paste responses from ChatGPT here. Much of what you've supplied is wrong and/or unhelpful.

Hi there,
The only thing you can do is wait and hope your instance comes back online. Else no other way than releasing it and requesting a new one.
Its just how it is. Unfortunately these free PDIs come without any form of support.
Kind regards,
