"Lesson Learned" Filter Navigator Menu Item

Good morning,

We are currently in Utah and there is a new Filter Navigator menu item under Knowledge called "Lesson Learned". Are there any release notes for it?

 That is not an OOTB menu Item so you will not find any documentation on it.
