Hi I added a new time zone which is BRT but it is not working as expected, I tried creating an incident to test then looking at the time it is created its different from BRT, can anyone kindly assist?

1. Go to basic configuration
2. Click "Configure available time zones"
3. Select the "Brazil" time zones and move them to the "Selected" side & save

Hi @Blitz ,
1, Add Timezone field to incident form.
2. Then right click on timezone field and select configure choice.
3 Then select the preferred time zone from available to selected box(Add).
4. Then save.

@Blitz Honestly I'm not sure. But BRT & Brazil East are same.
