My requirement is to customize the OOB flow in virtual agent chat. Details are mentioned in below steps.
I want to add 'Create incident' option instead of 'I need more help...' mentioned in 'Step2'.
How to achieve this?
Step1: Instead of 'Show me everything' option, I directly entered 'Laptop issue' as an input (short description).
Step2: When I send that input (short description), then few options will appear.
Step3: When I select 'I need more help...' option, then it is showing below message.
