How do I get the average duration it took to open and resolve an all incidents by month?
Can I do this in any repeatable report?

Hello @D-a-n_L ,
Looking at your last screen shot, all you need to do is select "Trend by" to "Created", then "Per" to "Month", and "Aggregation" to "Average". This will make one more field appear where you need to select "Duration".
Basically the four fields that I had highlighted in red boxes in my original response.

Robert

Hello @D-a-n_L
Yes, it is easily possible using performance analytics. you need to create both Automated and formular indicator. Then Data Collector job.
You can try this process out and let me know if stuck anywhere.

Hello @D-a-n_L ,
You could also achieve that using regular reports. The time between "Opened" and "Resolved" is tracked in the "Duration" [calendar_duration] field of the Incident. So you could create a Time Series report (e.g. Barchart) on the Incident table and configure it as shown below:

Hi @D-a-n_L ,
I think the big question here which you might also see from earlier response is, if you have performance analytics available or not?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
