Yes and I already replied multiple times on that. Is it that you don't know where to find the conversational interfaces settings? and the branding record?

Hi there,

 

Not by editing the Virtual Agent widget 🙂 It's a Menu Item. So disable that within your Branding record.

i want the VA widget but from this -- from the screenshot - i want to disable/remove the option "call to support (daily 5 - 11PM)"

Yes so what is the issue you are having disabling this from your branding record?

That option is not giving any result , either i want to edit  the option details or remove the option,

 

when i click on the option no result , how to configure those option?
