I'm trying to check how to display knowledge articles for the Live agent chat options in Service Operations workspace. I have the option /search-kb but when I type in any keywords or search for something I get "No matching articles visible to the requestor were found." Is there any configuration that I'm missing? Please advise. Thank you.
