Specific Group and its members not able to see the catalog item in portal

Hi All,
I have a requirement to make a catalog item visible to a specific group, i did check the conditions and its Active=True, Hidden=false. I was able to see the catalog item upon impersonating myself. But the specific group isn't able to see the catalog item even though i have mentioned the group in the "available for" related list.
How to achieve this.

Check the configuration of Catalog and Category of the catalog item. May be they have restricted visibility.

I checked the configuration of catalog and category, there are no restrictions on them.

Hi @phr,
Are you saying that you can see the item when you impersonate one of the members of the group?
If so, it may be because the user criteria are cached to the user's session. It may work once the user logs out and log back in.
