Not able to view records in a table

Not applicable

HI Team,

We have a custom table created in scope "xyz" which is extending Case table which is in "Customer Service" scope.

We have created Read ACLs for custom roles for both the tables but still when we are trying to access via ALL in the application navigator is showing  message "No records to display

Can you tell us what might be the issue?

Does it display 'No records to display' or 'No records to display due to security constraints'? If it's the last one, you will need to use the ACL debugger to check why not.

Did you grand access to both table and fields?
