"sn_now_azure" missing for plugin "Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams" on PDI Utah

I have no clue how to get "sn_now_azure" on my PDI (Utah)

Hi,

This plugin is available on ServiceNow Store. We cannot install it on PDI.

If you want to look features then you need to request it on your client/organisation instance (Demo/non-prod).

Hi @Steven61 ,

If you are using a PDI for this , you cannot install "sn_now_azure" as this needs to be procured from ServiceNow Store.

For which you need a cistomer insatance and store credentials.

Absolutely right !!

If you are using Utah as fresh, you cannot install!!

If it was pre-installed and then you are ugrading it would work fine.

Means in the future we will lose this functionality to test "Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams" anyway. Unless ServiceNow solves this problem.

Please read my answer again. You cannot install this plugin as this has to be installed via ServiceNow Store.
