UI action for "Add" incidents in related lists for Problem

I need an UI action to add incidents in related lists through existing Problem ticket.

Hi @NBK, 

On the PRB record-> Related List ( Incident ) Tab, right click on any column and select the Configure -> List Control

On List Control page , unchecke the "Omit edit button"

Check there is OOTB "Add" button UI Action, make sure this is active = true.
