Virtual Agent API for multiple conversation not working as expected

Hello

I have used VA BOT to BOT integration and post configuring while testing in Postman when I test each topic separately it works as expected. But in the usual scenario, there might be multiple conversations starting in parallel so I have been testing this by initiating 2 conversations. This is not working as expected either I get a response wrongly or it asks me to set the msg text again 

 How can we distinguish between every request and every message sent to it? Although I used a unique client session ID and message ID, different requests didn't work as expected.
