Interesting case. Have you made any customizations to the Incident's Caller field? Or to the Trigger Condition's User field?
Please look at the Dictionary records for the incident.caller_id and asmt_condition.user_field, and check if they look as shown below, especially the part in red color.

Hello @Robert H ,
For some reason on the dictionary records the incident.caller_id had the "Incident" instead of the "User" table for the reference. Now I can select the "Caller" option from the tree & validation was successful.
