Chat Header Logo - image behind image?

I uploaded a png file to our default branding profile - for some reason it is not showing properly and when I removed it, I could see there was a robot type picture with a headset.  I can't seem to find a reference to that picture anywhere.  Any ideas where else I can look to try to determine where that image is being pulled from?  This does not look very good, so I'd love to get it resolved as quickly as possible.  Thank you!

Hi @Nikita Garg

I put in a case with SN.  Here's the response back:

"After investigating, I can confirm the issue is caused by PRB1442232 which is fixed in Quebec. The issue happens in Paris where another background image is added. If the branding logo is smaller and has a transparent background, then this issue will occur. A quick workaround is to take the transparent background image, and use an image editor to give it a white background and not be transparent, and re-upload it in the branding settings."

I can confirm that this is resolved in Quebec.

Hope this helps!  🙂

Check on the "Bot Profile" record to see if the image is there.  You can open this record from the Default Branding page.
