Getting the error in virtual agent in portal. but not in the testing side of the flow.

In Virtual agent designer, testing side.
Virtual agent in portal,
I've checked the flow also, its working perfectly. but, in the portal side after creating case it shows an error that " I'm having technical issues....".
Please help me to solve it

That's a strange issue. A few things to try:
1) If you are using Vocab Sources, re-sync those
2) The 'test' view will show results from the Topic as you are making changes, while the Portal will only show 'Published'. So if you make changes, test it, then do not (re)publish it, you could run into this situation where the test works but the Portal doesn't.
3) Are you logging out/in and using a different account? If you immediately make changes in VA, then for example impersonate a user and go test, I've found the updates are not always reflected.
4) Are all of your Setup Topics configured, trained and running without errors? From the screenshot you shared, I think the issue could be your Topic, or it could be something like the 'Anything Else' Topic is not set or trained.

You are getting an error in "Thank you for contacting us step" this is a closing conversation topic. Make sure this config is rightly updated,
Go to custom greeting and setup > open default or any record configured for the portal. Check the closing conversation like below.
Try changing this to correct one in your instance and check.
