Hello @PRUDHVIDEEP  ,

Flow Designer is a more advanced and recommended automation tool that supports low-code / no-code development. It provides an easy drag-and-drop interface and allows us to create subflows, decision tables, custom actions, and use IntegrationHub to integrate with third-party applications using built-in spokes or installed plugins.

Compared to Workflow, Flow Designer is easier to use, more flexible, and also allows us to view and track flow execution in a clear and simple way. Workflow  is getting deprecated in Servicenow new versions.

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.

Hi @PRUDHVIDEEP ,

The Workflow feature is now considered a legacy approach and has been deprecated as of the Zurich release. For any new customers purchasing a ServiceNow instance, Workflow is no longer available. Existing customers with configurations built on Workflow can continue using them; however, all new development and automation activities should be implemented using Flow Designer.

Flow Designer is a more advanced, low-code solution that is easier to maintain and does not require core programming skills. It provides step-by-step execution details, history tracking, scheduling capabilities, inbound email triggers for records such as Incidents and Cases, and seamless integration with third-party applications through Integration Hub.

Please mark helpful and correct answer if it's worthy for you.
