Hi @PRUDHVIDEEP ,
The Workflow feature is now considered a legacy approach and has been deprecated as of the Zurich release. For any new customers purchasing a ServiceNow instance, Workflow is no longer available. Existing customers with configurations built on Workflow can continue using them; however, all new development and automation activities should be implemented using Flow Designer.
Flow Designer is a more advanced, low-code solution that is easier to maintain and does not require core programming skills. It provides step-by-step execution details, history tracking, scheduling capabilities, inbound email triggers for records such as Incidents and Cases, and seamless integration with third-party applications through Integration Hub.
Please mark helpful and correct answer if it's worthy for you.

Hi @PRUDHVIDEEP
Flow Designer is more advanced than Workflow Studio.
Easy explanation:
Workflow Studio is the older (legacy) tool.
Flow Designer is the newer, modern tool in ServiceNow.

Hi @PRUDHVIDEEP
Flow Designer is more advanced.
It’s the automation tool in ServiceNow and is much easier to work with. You can build flows using low-code/no-code, reuse logic through subflows, handle errors more cleanly, and easily integrate with other systems using Integration Hub.- Mark as New

Flow Designer is more advanced than Workflow Studio.
Workflow Studio is a legacy automation tool and is mainly used to support existing workflows. It is no longer the focus for new enhancements.
Flow Designer is the modern, recommended automation platform in ServiceNow. It is easier to use, supports low-code/no-code development, reusable sub flows, integrations (spokes), and aligns with newer capabilities like Now Assist and future AI features.

Hello @PRUDHVIDEEP ,
Flow Designer is a more advanced and recommended automation tool that supports low-code / no-code development. It provides an easy drag-and-drop interface and allows us to create subflows, decision tables, custom actions, and use IntegrationHub to integrate with third-party applications using built-in spokes or installed plugins.
Compared to Workflow, Flow Designer is easier to use, more flexible, and also allows us to view and track flow execution in a clear and simple way. Workflow is getting deprecated in Servicenow new versions.
If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.
Regards,
Aditya,
Technical consultant
