External users are not able to access the Workplace Services portal

Hello,

Users with the 'snc_external' and 'sn_wsd_core.workplace_user' roles are not able to access the Workplace Services portal (https://x.service-now.com/ws). It is showing a 404 page:

The portal however is accessible to users with 'snc_internal' and 'sn_wsd_core.workplace_user'. 

 

Why are the 'snc_external' users unable to access the page?

Hi Kilo,

 

You need to make your index page to be public. In this way, the page will be available for unauthenticated users.
