Map view not populating on employee center

Hi, 
The Map view is not populating as an option within the EC Reservation search. The reservable module has been configured - the map view is active, but will not appear. I am able to see the card and schedule views but not the map. The campuses have all been configured using Map Studio and the view editor is enabled. I'm at a loss. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Update: I missed on the product docs:  "The Workplace Reservation Management application does not support DXF maps." Is there a workaround for this? Most of my floor plans are DXF, but I also have one that is a PNG file - the map view also does not show for this campus.  I have PDFs of all floor plans as well.

Are you able to use the map from the Preview tab in the Map Studio? If not, the view might not be configured.

Also, have you checked Map Properties?
