I'm trying to make the new Indoor Mapping plugin work in the Workplace Reservation Management module, but I cannot get the map to show on the Portal.
1. Using the Map Studio I did the following:
- created a campus, building & floor + imported a png file & configured the floor map
- created places: desks, meeting rooms, coffee corner, restrooms, ....
- added directions
- added everything (all buildings, floors, spaces, ...) to the default style in Style Editor
2. Updated the Space Mapping properties to use "Indoor Mapping" as the map provider.
3. I also created 2 reservable modules: one for desks & one for meeting rooms:
- added time slots
- added the 3 OOTB reservable views including the 'map view'
All spaces, floors and buildings are set as reservable and the Indoor map field on each record is filled in with its corresponding record created in Map Studio.
On the WSD portal it works when using the card or schedule view, but the map view always shows the message 'Map not available'.
Same for the location directory:
Can anyone tell me what I am missing or doing wrong or point me in the right direction?
Thanks!

Hi @Tim Noack, It took a few months, but in the end support helped me solve my problem. I completely forgot about this post by then.
What you need to do is:
1. Open your existing Campus record (sn_wsd_core_campus) in the 'Workplace Indoor Mapping Campus' view
2. Select the 'Indoor map campus' you created via the Mapping Studio
3. Set the 'Source' field to 'Indoor mapping'. (missing on the form OOTB!)
4. Update the record
5. Click on the UI action 'Get Buildings' to sync everything
If you have the same issue as me, you are only missing step 3. The 'Source' field is unfortunately not displayed by default and needs to be added to the view manually.

Yeah, sounds like the same issue. i created a region, site, campus, building, and floor to mimic (a piece of) our production configuration, then created the map and tried to link.

Hey @ElizabethBohlin, I am confronted withe the same issue. As long as I use the newly added spaces, the Map View in the Service Portal works fine. But when I import our already existent Campus, Buildings, Floors, Areas and Spaces from Workplace Reservation Management and Workplace Safety Management there seems to be a issue with the correct mapping. I also even manually filled the "Indoor Map campus/floor/building/space" fields and the map doesn't show in the portal.
Are there any updates on your HI Ticket? @Vincent Siebens

I have the same issue, and changing the Source didn't help. I think I'm missing something else.

Did you create a new campus, building & floors in the Map Studio first?
Can you explain in detail the steps you already did and what exactly is happening in your case? (maybe start a new post for this). You could have a slightly different issue.
