I'm trying to make the new Indoor Mapping plugin work in the Workplace Reservation Management module, but I cannot get the map to show on the Portal.
1. Using the Map Studio I did the following:
- created a campus, building & floor + imported a png file & configured the floor map
- created places: desks, meeting rooms, coffee corner, restrooms, ....
- added directions
- added everything (all buildings, floors, spaces, ...) to the default style in Style Editor
2. Updated the Space Mapping properties to use "Indoor Mapping" as the map provider.
3. I also created 2 reservable modules: one for desks & one for meeting rooms:
- added time slots
- added the 3 OOTB reservable views including the 'map view'
All spaces, floors and buildings are set as reservable and the Indoor map field on each record is filled in with its corresponding record created in Map Studio.
On the WSD portal it works when using the card or schedule view, but the map view always shows the message 'Map not available'.
Same for the location directory:
Can anyone tell me what I am missing or doing wrong or point me in the right direction?
Thanks!

Hi @Tim Noack, It took a few months, but in the end support helped me solve my problem. I completely forgot about this post by then.
What you need to do is:
1. Open your existing Campus record (sn_wsd_core_campus) in the 'Workplace Indoor Mapping Campus' view
2. Select the 'Indoor map campus' you created via the Mapping Studio
3. Set the 'Source' field to 'Indoor mapping'. (missing on the form OOTB!)
4. Update the record
5. Click on the UI action 'Get Buildings' to sync everything
If you have the same issue as me, you are only missing step 3. The 'Source' field is unfortunately not displayed by default and needs to be added to the view manually.

Hello Vincent,
I'm not able to see your printscreens.
Do you have any errors in the browser console ?

Hi Simon,
- The printscreens just show that the map is not available.
- There are no errors in the browser console.
The name of my floor is "E2.A" and in the Location Directory it shows my floors as "E2.A - No map" (fyi, I only created a map for E2.A & E4.A)
So I'm definitely missing something.

Hi Vincent,
While having a quick look through the steps you mentioned I did not see the association of the Indoor Mapping campus and the campus created in Space Administration. Can you confirm the building, floor and spaces you created appeared once the map was imported using 'Get Building'?
Regards,
Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth,
The building, floor and spaces all already existed in the Space Administration before I installed and configured the Indoor mapping plugin.
When I was finished with the Map Studio, it created duplicate entries for all my spaces under Space Administration. Even if the name was identical to the existing space records. I even got a message saying I have duplicate spaces.
So I deleted the new records and linked the existing ones to the correct 'Indoor map place'
The campus in Space Administration is also linked via the "Indoor map campus" field to the correct campus created in the Map Studio. Same for the building & floors.
Where can I find the 'Get Building' button?
