Outlook Event or Calendar invite is not removing automatically for conflict reservation.

If the reservation is booked from outlook and when we try to move next day where reservation is already available for the same time slot. Organizer getting conflicted mail and we can see reservation is also getting cancelled from backend. But calendar invite or outlook event is still showing on the outlook calendar which is causing bad user experience, or we can say confusion to users.
Can anyone faced this issue before in the Calendar Synchronization rooms? Please let us know. Thanks

@AaratiD I need a little more context to understand:
- This is happening when you reschedule the reservation in Outlook?
- What conflicting notifications is the organizer receiving?
- Is the original reservation showing as canceled in Outlook after rescheduling (looking at your screenshot)?

Yes, this scenario of rescheduling the reservation in outlook to check the conflict part. As attached below, the reservation organizer only receiving the notification.
In outlook, original reservation is also there and also rescheduled reservation also in outlook. Rescheduled ones not clearing event from outlook, but we checked in backend it is cancelled.
Note: Ignore the cancelled meetings from previous screenshot. Those are different meetings events.

That notification looks fine.
So reservations that are rescheduled without a conflict are showing duplicate reservations? The original time scheduled is not updating and remaining unchanged? Is this right?
