Outlook Event or Calendar invite is not removing automatically for conflict reservation.

If the reservation is booked from outlook and when we try to move next day where reservation is already available for the same time slot. Organizer getting conflicted mail and we can see reservation is also getting cancelled from backend. But calendar invite or outlook event is still showing on the outlook calendar which is causing bad user experience, or we can say confusion to users.

Can anyone faced this issue before in the Calendar Synchronization rooms? Please let us know. Thanks

Hello @AaratiD , can you validate the configuration in the M365 environment and determine if the room (resource) does not allow conflict bookings?
