Question: Cases created with the Reservation Management

Hello Everyone,

 

I would like to ask if anyone configured the extra services within Reservation Management.

 

Currently, If someone books the space with extra services it is creating two workplace cases.

 

1. For the Services, with the requested services information in related list. 

2. For the Reservation Case.

 

I am trying to understand why the Reservation case is created. Only the Service case should do. 

 

Do we have any specific reason for reservation case? How do we use it? Can we avoid creating reservation case.

 

I have tried deactivating the workplace service for reservation case, but still it is creating. After analysing I found that somehow the sub flow is creating the reservation case.

 

Ideas are welcome 🙂

This one is known for me, but in the Reservation case, we dont have the "Requested Service Items" but all the cases are attached.

Yeah, the requested service items don't who on the parent record OOTB.. I'm sure there's an easy solution if you're looking to have the requested service items included in the parent record.
