Hi everyone, hopefully someone can shed some light on the issue i'm experiencing.
We have a room that we want to stop people from booking.
I've marked the room as not reservable, marked as inactive and blocked for the date range.
I've also marked the services for the room as inactive.
The room is not bookable from within ServiceNow, however if someone adds the room as the location on their Outlook meeting the system generates a booking and sends them the approval.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi @Richard Mansfie,
You need your Exchange admin to update the room to not be available for meeting reservations in Outlook.
In the meantime, you could deactivate the Reservable Sync Configuration record for the room in ServiceNow to stop triggering the approval workflow.

Hello @Richard Mansfie
better to get it removed from outlook so that nobody can see it. There are official microsoft 365 articles on “remove the room’s booking permissions microsoft 365” which your Microsoft admin can adhere to.
Hope that helps!
