When trying to upload an AutoCad dwg or dxf file, I always get the following error message :
Setup job failed for the following reason: Request not sent to uri= https://mapimport/sources/autocad-source/extract/geometries : org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpException: Session contains no certificates - Untrusted
The same file is working as expected on an other ServiceNow instance.
Anyone is having the same problem?
Thanks

Here is the solution proposed from ServiceNow :
the https://mapimport service was temporarily unavailable at the time of uploading the .dwg file. The issue will be addressed in a upcoming release update.

Hello
The service is very unstable. I was able to load one file 30 minutes ago (had another issue linked to the file itself) but I just tried now and get the same error as mentioned in this thread 😞

Hi Guillaume,
We're aware of the issue. It will be solved on Monday. Until then, the service might be unstable.
Thanks for all the feedback!

Hello 🙂
Just FYI, the service is still down on my end (using a personal dev instance (dev27686)).
Regards,
Guillaume
