Unable to upload an Autocad file in Map Studio

When trying to upload an AutoCad dwg or dxf file, I always get the following error message :

Setup job failed for the following reason: Request not sent to uri= https://mapimport/sources/autocad-source/extract/geometries : org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpException: Session contains no certificates - Untrusted

The same file is working as expected on an other ServiceNow instance.

Anyone is having the same problem?

Thanks

Here is the solution proposed from ServiceNow :

the https://mapimport service was temporarily unavailable at the time of uploading the .dwg file. The issue will be addressed in a upcoming release update.

Hello Siham,

Guillaume was right. Service was down yesterday and is back up today. It's not a file problem. The mapimport service is just very unstable!

Down again

Hello,

So, we have 2 issues that we're aware of. One last fix will be pushed on Friday and the other comes from the file import. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can check from here so please contact support for additional assistance.

Let me know if you have other questions.

Thanks,

Siham

I'm waiting for your answer as well to see I it works. I'm using the same app for work, and I need to have all the functions. However, it sometimes fails to perform it. I'm an architect, and my work depends on such apps and services' performance. I need many other sources to change even a little detail in my sketch ad to calculate everything and create an image. That's why I hope you guys can help me. I use the last version of mac and an iPad for running AutoCAD. So don't tell me my device is bad for it.
