Workplace Case Management replacement for Facilities Request Management

Hello, we implemented Facilities Request Management several years ago. Due to Facilities Request Management going EOL, we are considering Workplace Case Management. Question for the community...

  • Did you previously use facilities_request and migrate towards Workplace Case Management?
  • Were there downfalls to the migration?
  • Are there performance concerns?
  • Are you leveraging any features only available in Workplace Case Management that were not included with Facilities? Keeping in mind we do not have the entire WSD suite.

Hi Heather, were you able to find the answers to your queries? I am looking for similar information on migration from legacy Facilities to WSD.

Ditto to the above.  We are (I am) in the same situation migrating Facilities to WSD & the transition is not totally clear.  The SN WSD community has a little bit of information on this topic but not nearly as much as I would hope.  Would love to hear others WSD adventures and/or maybe meet up at conference in May.
