Hi @AzraAnisha
Ensure you are doing this task via impersonating Platform User,
Select the State column of all 1-Critical incidents and use the List Editor to change the State to In Progress. Select the green check mark to save the list changes. (10 rows will be updated.)
result count should be 10 . For you it is coming 22!
Check the video with incident number and correct it.

I found that my error was changing the state of more than 10 tickets.
When I changed the Priority of 2 other tickets from Priority-1 to Priority-2, then changed the 10x Priority-1 to "On Hold" and back to "In Progress" using the List Editor it validated without issue.
It should really be clear that you need to stay as "Platform User"
