Hello!!
I'm looking for some help here, We are using map indicators on our service map to show for example incidents related to a CI, by default it shows Number, Priority, Configuration Item, Short Description, State and Assigned to, but we want to add opened date. Where we can make this change??
Appreciate any suggestions here

Follow these steps:
- Open the Incident list view and from the hamburger button (top left of the page), select View > Indicators Panel.
- Right-click on a column title and select Configure > List Layout.
- Add/remove columns as desired and click Save.
- Open the Service Map view and you'll see the new list layout.
Hope this helps.

Dear @Tony Branton ,
I don't want to add/remove columns for the Incident.
My requirement is to set all the indicators for all Service Maps by default.
These Map indicators should all be available for all the Service Maps in the below image
Right now we are adding it manually for each map. Is there a way where I can set it globally?

As far as I'm aware the settings for Map Indicators as shown above persist for the map session and need to be re-applied when a new map is loaded.
In Unified Map (successor to the Service Mapping legacy UX), Related Items which are equivalent to Map Indicators are stored in user preferences.
Service Mapping is part of the ITOM portfolio (not the CMDB), so you may get more information if you post this question to the ITOM Forum.

Hello Shoheb,
Did you even figure this out? I have the same requirement to keep the map indicators for all Service Maps by default.
