stop SLA Clock

We have a requirement to stop SLA clock based on value in a date/time field. Value in that field is input by user - it is not captured based on any event on the Case. Is it possible, if yes then please suggest.

Resolved! Widget Current Data Date

I am relatively new to ServiceNow and my issue is in the CMDB health widgets I have Data from Mar 26. I go to the dropdown box to adjust it and I cannot go beyond Mar 26. The calendar advances, but dates beyond Mar 26 are not highlighted.
