The CMDB Health and CSDM Foundation Dashboards Duplicate metrics is also including Retired records while calculating the Duplicate Metrics %. Can we manipulate it and how?

Yes. It's doable for CMDB health dashboard using this method. In the CI class manager, you can set such health inclusion rules for each metric (like duplicates) for each CI class as per your requirements.

Hi Ashok,

I did try to create an inclusion rule; however it did not work.

Please help me, how we can exclude the Retired records from getting picked up in the Duplicate metric calculation.
