I am reviewing ITOM Visibility subscription unit costs in product documentation. Subscriptions for IT Operations Management (servicenow.com) I am not seeing these subscription unit costs applicable to Agent Client Collector. If Agent Client Collector is available for use in ITOM Visibility, does this contain an additional cost? Is there any documentation referencing this if so?

Hi @DonnaOlsen ,
You don't usually get subscription unit costs in the product documentation.
You will need to connect with your ServiceNow Account executive who is tagged to your company. They are the right people to tell you the same.

Thanks Sandeep. I wasn't looking for the subscription units cost exactly, but more so are subscription units needed if one already owns the Agent Client Collector product in ITOM Visibility? Yes or No? And if so, does one have any referencing documentation outlining this similar to what we see in the ITOM visibility link above.

Usually the cost information is provided by ServiceNow account executive only. Check if the following doc regarding the subscription units calculation is useful:

I know this is an older thread, but for someone who comes across it later...
Samdeep's answer is the right one, even if you are not looking for the cost, talk to your account rep. Different companies have different licenses, so one person's answer on licensing is not going to be valid for everyone.
Additional SUs may have additional cost, whereas another company has an Enterprise license that gives them everything including the kitchen sink.
I know it is not a satisfying answer, but the community does not want you to end up owing additional license costs at rrue-up.
