Agent workspace Title bar showing record number

Hello,

 

We are using Agent Workspace and have noticed that whenever we load the home page, the title bar and the home tab display a record number. However, the record number seems to be associated with a different table and not the new application we are working with.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue in Agent Workspace? If so, how did you resolve it? We would appreciate any insights or suggestions to address this problem.

Hi @srivatsa_tatti ,

Please check the "sessionTabTitle"  property for your respective Workspace.

You can follow the steps:

  1. Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework > Experiences > Open your Workspace
  2. In the UX Page Properties list, click the sessionTabTitle property.
  3. In the Value field, enter the fields to use in interaction record tab titles.
    Enter the fields as a comma separated string. The default string is contact,consumer,number.
    Note: Configured fields must appear on the interaction record.
  4. Click Update.

It did not work, its the same issue, other workspaces when checked it did not have that record but still works as expected (displays as Home instead of record number). TOLTASK in the attached pic is the number of other table/application: Transfer order line task.

Have you found the solution to your issue? If so, please share it. I'm facing a similar problem with the HR Agent Workspace.

Hi Sandeep - I followed the steps, it still shows the same record number on all my team's page, I cleared the cache too.
