Hi everyone,
I was hoping someone might be able to help me out. I'm currently adding knowledge articles and catalogue items to Topics in the taxonomy for the Employee Portal, but nothing is appearing in the mega menu.
I've already gone through all the recommended steps—ensuring the catalogue items are active, published, and that the connected content is properly populated. I’ve also attached screenshots for reference.
I even tried creating a new taxonomy and adding fresh topics, but still no luck. I feel like I might be missing something obvious. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I have figured out the issue now, seems like I have overlooked the catalogue item availability setting:
Changed the Availability to 'Desktop' as it was set to 'Mobile Only' and it started appearing in the megu menu under my topic after I cleared the cache of browser.
The column was not on the list view so didnt realise it was set to mobile only.
