Hi everyone,
I would like to know if there is a way to copy / clone / duplicate a RITM, like it is possible for incidents, see screenshot below:
Maybe the functionality is hidden by default ?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Kr,
Sylvain

There is a "bulk request" feature that allows cloning a request (NB: an entire request, not a single requested item!) for up to 10 other people from the checkout screen. This functionality is disabled by default. This article from the product documentation explains how to enable it. You can limit access to this feature by role, so that it is available, for example, only to support agents, but not to end users.
What most people do not know is that it is possible to return to that checkout screen at any time. If you open a Request [sc_request] record in self-service (ess) view, the system will display the checkout screen for that request rather a normal form view.

No, it is the confirmation screen you see immediately upon submitting a request.
The "Copy" button behaves in a similar way, but it creates a copy of the request (along with all requested items) for the same person, which may not be very useful.

You can either use the copy button on the REQ record which will copy the complete request with all the RITMs (if there are more than one in the request).
Other option will be to create a custom UI Action on the RITM table and create a clone of the current RITM record.
