My voucher has expired. I could not use it due to Covid.
Is there any way to renew the same? or any other way to get the voucher.
I'd like to take ServiceNow certified System Administrator certification.
Kindly help.

Online Proctoring Requirements

I have seen cases where ServiceNow has extended the vouchers during the Covid pandemic.
Did you try to raise case from Now learning portal?
they should be able to help you

Login to now learning portal with the email address(either personal or company) associated to that voucher
Under Help -> Create Support Case
Fill all the details and submit
