there's nothing as certification that would guarantee you a career growth nor getting job... certifications are nice to have but most important is the actual knowledge and skill.
Also, in ServiceNow there's not any direct certification or training exclusively related to financial industry...
Instead, you can go through the resources below to find the most suitable for you, if you don't know what cert/course to take, check the credentials and paths that have predefined set of resources.
From the career growth perspective, maybe it could be better to focus on a particular role (admin, developer, project manager, analyst, you name it...) rather than industry... the knowledge gained for this role can be reused across several industries.
