Hello team

One of our user ( has a admin role ) has changed something in his homepage and after that when ever he clicks Self Service-->Homepage or logs into the system it always says 'page do not found'

The actual homepage of the user looks like below( this is from lower instance )

I'm not sure what he has changed and he doesn't even know what he has done. I went into the homepage admin module but did not find anything to get it back. Any thoughts on how to get the homepage back ?

Regards!

Hello Nitin,

Login as admin and click on cog wheel icon next to log out button and make sure homepage option is selected under general option tab.

Hi Nitin,

Anything prefixed with MY for homepages comes up when user updates homepage. It creates a copy of homepage for that specific user.

What I understand is earlier the Homepage was named "GSD Weekly Dashboard" now it is available to user as "My GSD Weekly Dashboard". All you need to do as an admin is to check for "GSD Weekly Dashboard" & then check for its necessary roles used for visibility.

Thanks,

Jaspal Singh
